Grab a dumbbell, ladies, and get ready to seriously work your core. This five-minute workout consists of five moves. For each one, you'll do as many reps as you can in 50 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next one. Just follow along with the video below, led by Women's Health fitness director Jen Ator, and you'll have a killer midsection in no time.
