You know the typical bikini pose: standing on the beach, stomach pulled in, one hand on a hip. Celebs do it. We do it. But the women in these stunning underwater bikini photos are certainly not doing it.
Sarah Lee, a Hawaii-based photographer, says her childhood on the Big Island inspired her to shoot surfers and underwater scenes, according to her website. (Plus, her background as a surfer and long-distance swimmer helps her get the perfect pictures without, um, drowning.) "My aim in making photos is to capture and accentuate the beauty in what surrounds me," she writes on her site.
Well, Sarah, you definitely accomplished that. Get inspired by her incredible photos of strong, athletic surfers—then go shoot some creative bikini photos yourself. (Though we recommend staying safely on dry land!)
