"I met Anthony when I was 17, and we went to dinner, the movies, sporting events, and I even met his family—all in the first week. But he never attempted to kiss me. I was used to guys trying to kiss me on the first date, but we'd had at least five dates—and nothing! My insecurities began to kick in. Wasn't he attracted to me? Did I have bad breath? Was there someone else? Was he gay? By week three, I assumed I was in the friend zone. A few weeks later, we were walking home from one of our many, many dates when we passed a fence close to my home. Out of nowhere, he pushed me up against it and kissed me. It was insanely passionate—I don't even know how long we made out for." —Clare R.

"Last October, I was hospitalized with meningitis and had an allergic reaction to one of the procedures. Needless to say, I was weary. My poor husband worked 12-hour shifts, took care of our home and two dogs, and visited me every day. Several days into my hospital stay, when I was at my worst, he came to visit. I laid with my head on his lap, and he leaned forward and kissed my forehead. That one kiss put me at ease. He just has a way of calming me." —Arica H.

I saw him out and was feeling pretty high from our great night, but I was a little disappointed he hadn’t kissed me. But that kiss still sticks out in my head as something that only happens in the movies." —Crystal C.
