If you think CrossFit is intimidating, 80-year-old Constance Tillit should serve as motivation: She's been hitting her local box in Brooklyn ever since her husband died 10 months ago—and in the process, she's increased her strength remarkably and lost 50 pounds. Constance has achieved all of this despite having had two hip replacements, two knee replacements, and two rotator cuff surgeries. Watch her in action:
